Admission of students to BAMS courses will be through the merit list of NEET from the academic year 2018-19

Duration: Degree Course duration: 5-1/2 years. (from 2021-2022 Batch onwards)

• I Year BAMS – 18 Months
• II Year BAMS – 18 Months
• III Year BAMS – 18 Months
• Internship – 12 Months

 As per NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education), the eligibility criteria are almost the same for all states, colleges and universities. Based on the subject that the candidates select, there might be some differences in the subject combination offered by different B.Ed institutes. The major eligibility criteria for the B.Ed programme are explained below:

• The candidate must have pursued a bachelor’s degree in BA (Bachelor of Arts) / B.Sc (Bachelor of Science)/ or an equivalent degree from a recognised institute to appear for B.Ed entrance exam
• The candidate must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% including all the subjects in the qualifying degree.
• Candidates who have completed their graduation in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with a 55% minimum aggregate are also eligible to apply for B.Ed admission.
• At the time of applying for the degree, candidates have to be a minimum of 19 years of age.
